We endeavour to get products out to you with all haste, due to the amount of hardware going out to our support customers direct, the amount of stock we hold may vary.
If we ever are unable to fulfill an order from the website we will be in immediate contact with you to either refund or exchange the item, or send at a later date when we have stock back in.
Delivery to the UK is a one off payment of £7.90 for up to 20KG ( Not including bulky items such as screens or UPS units)
For deliveries over 20KG a charge of £0.40 per KG will be applied.
These charges will be calculated at checkout.
Q: What is the procedure if products from my order are damaged during transit?
A: If any products from your order appear to have been damaged in transit, please report this to us within 3 working days of receipt. This can be completed via our online form below. Our Customer Service Team will then contact you with your RMA number, together with replacement/credit/collection details. We ask that you sign the courier’s documentation accordingly if the product shows any sign of transit damage upon receipt.
Q: What if my products are ‘Dead on Arrival’?
A: If your products are defective on arrival, or develop a fault within 3 days of receipt, then we will either advance replace the product/s, or collect them from you in exchange for credit. This is subject to the completion of a fault confirmation from our Technical Team. In order to do this, you simply need to apply for an RMA number via our contact form below. Any products that are ‘Dead on Arrival’ must be returned in their original packaging, withal parts/accessories enclosed. We test all RMA products upon retrieval so please be aware that RMA’s that are found to have no fault will be returned with your next order and will require payment against the relevant invoice.
